Ukrainian vehicle manufacturer is looking for dealers in Africa!

Bogdan Corporation is looking for car dealers with the purpose of sales of Bogdan buses, passenger cars and pickups in Africa.

Nowadays Bogdan Corporation is one of the leading companies in the automotive industry of Ukraine. Currently, the Corporation consists of several dozen of companies of various sizes that provide full technological cycle of production of vehicles for different purposes (cars, trucks, buses and trolley buses, special-purpose vehicles).

This long-term and mutually profitable partnership could be implemented in 2 different ways, which are described below:

1. Joint production of Bogdan buses in the countries of Africa. The result of the implementation of this type of cooperation will be: GDP growth, creating jobs in Africa, growth of state and local budgets of the countries of Africa due to additional revenue in taxes and fees.
   • Initial stage – SKD-assembly of buses (supply of all components and details from Ukraine, assembly at facilities owned by a local African manufacturer).
   • Intermediary stage – CKD-assembly of buses (production of bodies and assembly at facilities owned by a local African manufacturer).
   • Final stage – localization of CKD-assembly of buses (supply of all components and details from local manufacturers or establishment of enterprises in the countries of Africa for manufacture of components and details; assembly at facilities owned by a local African manufacturer).
2. Distribution of vehicles: Bogdan buses, Bogdan-2110 and Bogdan-2111 passenger cars, Bogdan-2310 light commercial vehicles (supply of assembled vehicles (CBU)), as well as distribution of spare parts for these vehicles in the territory of the countries of Africa and of other continents (if opportunities for re-export are available). In future it is possible to launch SKD-assembly of passenger cars using facilities owned by African enterprises. This project will result in: growth of state and local budgets of the countries of Africa due to taxes and fees, increase of vehicles-to-population ratio etc.

Production facilities of the Corporation at present provide for the following annual final output: 120 ths. passenger cars and light commercial vehicles, 9 ths. buses and trolleybuses, and 15 ths. trucks.
