Star of the show "In Plain Sight" Nicole Hiltz was arrested today on the suspicions of child neglect, which were the arresting charges.
Cops were responding to a call to the actress' home for a disturbance. After they got there and checked around, the cops decided to arrest Hiltz and charge her with a misdeamnor. The child was taken into protective custody while Hiltz was being booked.
Hiltz has since been released and it seems as though the charges were dropped, according to her attorney. Also, it was stated that is was all a big misunderstanding, thus the reason for the dropped charges.
